Professional's Choice 7 Shank Twisted Wire
This 7 Shank is 6 ½” long and has quite a bit of weight behind the mouthpiece, which allows a quick release from the rider’s hands. This is an excellent transition bit out of an O-ring or d-ring. The 5 1/8” two-piece twisted wire mouthpiece is slightly more aggressive than a smooth mouthpiece, which demands more response and respect from the horse.

Myler Stainless Steel 7" Flat Shank, MB 27PB Correctional Low Ported Barrel, Level 2-3 The MB 27PB is a Myler correctional mouthpiece, which is a ported mouthpiece that collapses on to the outer lip and bars, and rotates onto the tongue. The port, although narrow and somewhat low, allows room for the horse’s tongue to pass under the bit. When the reins are engaged and the mouthpiece rotates onto the tongue, it applies two concentrated points of pressure on the tongue for quick control. Because this port is only 1 ¼" high, it will apply little to no palate pressure. Sweet iron mouthpiece oxidizes and encourages salivation.
