Brittany originally created it as a competition bit for NFR but uses it primarily as a warm up bit. It helps Brittany to achieve a lot of lateral movement and keeps her horses responsive. The two-piece twisted wire mouthpiece is slightly more aggressive than a smooth mouthpiece, which delivers more response and respect from the horse.
